- Cracking, bubbling or delamination caused by a defect in the film
- Adhesive failure not caused by installation or surface prep
What isn't
- Installation errors: stretch marks, trapped dirt, lifted edges from poor prep
- Damage from accidents, vandalism, or impacts large enough to tear the film
- Film applied over repainted or damaged paint
- Damage from harsh chemicals, solvents or improper pressure washing
