Why a pre-cut PPF kit
A pre-cut PPF kit is the do-it-yourself way to put paint protection film on your car. Every piece is cut on a plotter from 8.5 mil TPU film to the panels of your exact year, make, model and trim, for model years 1998 to 2027, with openings for parking sensors and washer nozzles already in place. There's no bulk film to trim and no blade near your paint.
The film is clear and self-healing, and it takes the rock chips, road debris, sand and bug splatter that would otherwise chip your bumper, headlights and hood. What is a PPF kit?
A PPF kit is paint protection film that's already cut to the shape of your car's panels. Ours are cut for your exact year, make, model and trim, with openings for parking sensors and washer nozzles where your car has them. You peel each piece, spray, place and squeegee it. Nothing gets trimmed on the car.
How much does a PPF kit cost?
Our Partial Front kit is $299 for any vehicle, with free shipping. A shop typically charges several times that for the same coverage because most of the price is labor. The front bumper kit on its own is $128. The headlights kit on its own is $34.95.

Is a PPF kit the same as a clear bra?
Yes. "Clear bra" is the older name for paint protection film, from the days of black vinyl bras that covered the front end. Both names now mean the same clear urethane film. Every kit is 8.5 mil TPU film, cut to the panels of your car.
Can I install a PPF kit myself?
Yes. That's what a pre-cut kit is for: no cutting on the car, just spray, place and squeegee. A first-timer takes about 2–3 hours, plus time to wash and prep the front end. Work in the shade on a clean car; the install guide walks through every piece.
What are the downsides of PPF?
It costs money up front, the film edges are visible up close (a partial front kit also leaves a line across the hood), install mistakes show through clear film, and film lasts years, not forever. Ours is warranted for 10 years. For a car that sees highway miles it's still far cheaper than repainting a chipped front end.
